چکیده
Children live together consuming, producing, and sharing digital content. These are hypermediated communication actions typical of cyberculture, require training in critical thinking that, even when minors receive it, is not always perceived as necessary, which can put the privacy children at risk. This study focuses on analyzing cyber skills primary high school students to act critically, examines level conceptual, attitudinal, procedural competence that perceive they have acquired access, consume, create, share content social media. The specific objective understand some components may be related young people’s perception received, well whether there differences terms their willingness acquire protect themselves creating consuming To this end, a 25-item questionnaire knowledge, attitudes, people was designed, validated, administered sample 417 Spanish completing education. results obtained indicate conceptual level, no between educational stages, while were found attitudinal levels. two factors identified show although certain protective behave more riskily self-presentation posts than accessing, creating, media, received learn about how create differentiating variables for increased protection. We conclude need introducing education analysis self-protection Internet use additional would help avoid risky behavior during school.

abstract previous studies on willingness to communicate (wtc) have shown the influence of many individual or situational factors on students’ tendency to engage in classroom communication, in which wtc has been viewed either at the trait-level or situational level. however, due to the complexity of the notion of willingness to communicate, the present study suggests that these two strands are ...

متن کاملHow to Protect DES Against Exhaustive Key Search
The block cipher DESX is de ned by DESXk:k1:k2(x) = k2 DESk(k1 x), where denotes bitwise exclusive-or. This construction was rst suggested by Ron Rivest as a computationally-cheap way to protect DES against exhaustive key-search attacks. This paper proves, in a formal model, that the DESX construction is sound. We show that, when F is an idealized block cipher, FXk:k1:k2(x) = k2 Fk(k1 x) is sub...
متن کاملHedged Public-Key Encryption: How to Protect against Bad Randomness
Public-key encryption schemes rely for their IND-CPA security on per-message fresh randomness. In practice, randomness may be of poor quality for a variety of reasons, leading to failure of the schemes. Expecting the systems to improve is unrealistic. What we show in this paper is that we can, instead, improve the cryptography to offset the lack of possible randomness. We provide public-key enc...
